Dustin Diehl – Lead Designer

With 13 years of experience in AVL system design, Dustin specializes in lighting. His creative lighting designs have transformed countless worship spaces, helping churches craft the right atmosphere for services and events. Dustin brings a passion for visual storytelling through lighting, ensuring that every project he works on enhances the worship experience.

Mike Bajalia – Lead Installer

Mike’s background as a church music director gives him a unique perspective on the technical needs of worship services. He’s known for his can-do attitude, tackling installation challenges head-on with practical solutions and an eye for detail. Mike ensures every system is installed perfectly, allowing churches to focus on ministry without worrying about technical issues.

Ryan Hidalgo – Sales Director

Ryan is the kind of person who brings energy and joy into every conversation. He understands the vision of the church and goes above and beyond to make sure churches get the right AVL solutions tailored to their mission. Justin Barnhart – Audio Director

With 14 years of experience in audio, Justin is an expert at creating the perfect mix. His strong ear for mixing and sound design ensures that audio systems not only meet but exceed expectations. He works closely with church leadership to ensure that sound solutions align with the church's vision, putting their goals at the forefront of his designs.




Our Backstory: How It All Began

The Church Guys started almost by accident. It all began with a phone call from a friend in Ohio who was working for a church. He asked us to look over a quote he had received for some AVL gear, and we quickly realized that he was being significantly overcharged. We reached out to a friend of ours who was a dealer and got much better pricing, saving the church a lot of money.

Before Installation

However, the church had one big problem left: they didn’t have the personnel to install the gear. That’s when he asked us if we could come and do the installation. We laughed at first—it wasn’t something we typically did, even though we had installed all the systems at our own church. Getting a week off from our busy lives in ministry seemed like a tall task. But thanks to the

grace of our pastor and the strong teams we had built, we were able to make it happen.

After Installation

We completed the installation, and that experience opened our eyes. We realized how much we could help churches save money while still equipping them with high-quality gear. From that moment on, The Church Guys was born, and we made it our mission to help churches get the best AVL systems without breaking their budgets.

Our Heart for Ministry

While we are a business, our foundation is deeply rooted in ministry. All four of us have spent years working full-time in ministry, and we currently serve together at Evangel Temple in Jacksonville, FL. This shared background has shaped our approach to every project. We don’t see ourselves as just technicians or salespeople; we see ourselves as an extension of your church’s team, working alongside you to achieve your ministry goals.


Our desire is to help churches thrive, not just survive. We know how critical it is to make every dollar count in ministry, and that’s why we’re committed to providing solutions that help churches be effective while also being good stewards of their finances.
